Benefit eligible employees will be scheduled to attend the new hire orientation that is held on Monday’s from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm in the HR Conference Room, Harkins Hall 305. Please check your offer letters for more information. Benefits will be reviewed and summarized during this meeting, along with Title IX policy and resources presented by the Title IX Coordinator. 

Please note that the benefit enrollment is completed in our online system CyberFriar and must be completed within the first 30 days from your date of hire.  If you do not enroll in benefits within the first 30 days from your date of hire, you will be enrolled in the base medical plan by the College.  You will also be unable to elect benefits until the next annual open enrolment period, which is held in September of each year for the benefit effective date of October 1 of that year.

The plan documents are the ultimate determinant of benefits.
